When you contact Athenian Coast Properties, we use the information you provide to understand your enquiry and respond about property sales, purchases, rentals or holiday rental management.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, selected service and areas, property preferences and any details you choose to include. Technical request identifiers are used to reduce repeated and abusive submissions. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or confidential property deeds in this form.

Access and retention

Enquiries are stored in the protected ACP workspace and are accessible to authorised people handling them. Hosting and storage use the Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months in this contact system; older records are removed during subsequent submissions. No newsletter subscription is created.
